Q: How does the shopping cart work? Simply click on the "BUY" button and the item will be added to the shopping cart. After clicking this button you will be sent to the cart page where you can see this item ready to be purchased. If you want to remove it you can do so by selecting the item and then click on "delete". You can continue shopping from the cart or you can click on "checkout", in which case you will see a form in which you
will be requested to fill in address information and then select payment method.
Q: How safe is it to order by credit card? A: We use the latest technology in secure credit card processing. It is impossible for your private information to be taken by criminals as it is all encoded when sent to the server. We have not had a single complaint in 18 months of trading. Furthermore - even if your details were taken and used you are covered by Visa, Mastercard (or whatever card) as the transaction is only valid if placed by the cardholder or with the cardholder's knowledge - and it is the responsibilty of the payment infrastructure to ensure that the transaction is valid.
Q: Are your watches waterproof? A: Of all the watches featured on our site the only ones that can be taken under water are the Amphibia range. All other watches are water resistant - this means that if you are caught in rain or the watch takes a splash from somewhere - it will not mist up or leak.
Q: What is the delivery charge for sending a watch to Japan? A: This figure will be calculated by our shopping cart. To Japan the shipping would be £4 for the first item, £8 for 2 items, £12 for 3 items and then £2 per each additional item.
Q: Where are watches shipped from? A: We ship all watches from our HQ in Nottingham, UK.
Q: How do you ship watches? A: We use Royal Mail for the UK and Royal Mail International for airmail shippings.
Q: How long have you been in business? A: We have been selling watches since April 2001.
Q: How do you quick set the date on a Vostok watch? A: Move the hands to 5-30, then forward to 12-15, then back to 5-30 and repeat.
